Hi. I am trying to install the latest version of opendx (4.2.0) on an older machine ( I have it running smoothly on RH7.0) running RH6.1. After compiling, and setting the paths and environment variables, when I try to run dx, it starts, but I get an error stating that the connection to the server has failed because of "permission denied," a rather grim (and general) error indeed. I searched the List archives, and didn't really find anything about this problem, but I apologize if this has been discussed here before, and I just missed it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
