This may or may not be the issue, but when you run configure, make sure you have removed the config.cache file, or the script won't actually search for your libraries, it will simply assume the values from the first time you ran configure.
Good luck

Hi all,
I'm trying to build OpenDX for Red Hat 7.2 but until now I get errors like
/home/luiggi/Visualizacion/DataExplorer/INSTALACION/dx-4.2.0/src/exec/hwrender/opengl/hwDisplayListsOGL.c:45:
undefined reference to `glCallList'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [dxexec] Error 1
It seems like problems with opengl, but I have installed
Mesa 4.0.2 on /usr/local/
Steps that I follow are:
1. ./configure --x-includes=/usr/local/include --x-libraries=/user/local/lib
2. make
3. Error!!!
My compiler is
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Mesa]$ gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/3.0.4/specs
Configured with: ../configure --prefix=/usr --mandir=/usr/share/man
--infodir=/usr/share/info --enable-shared --enable-threads=posix
--disable-checking --host=i386-redhat-linux --with-system-zlib
Thread model: posix
gcc version 3.0.4 (Red Hat Linux 7.2 3.0.4-1)
Best regards,
.--.
