Hello, I made a module library for OpenDX containing several algorithms. I use them to analyse 3D images of porous media and to compute hydraulic conductivity (or permeability) for those media. I provide in this library some modules like a 3D skeleton extractor, a region growing segmentation algorithm, and a set of module to compute hydraulic conductivity using Pore Network Modeling. The library is free and fully functional, and can be downloaded from the following address:
