Hello,
I recently compiled the dx4.2.0 sources with gcc3.2 on HP11.0 but cannot
get it to work. When I e.g. from the dxui try to 'Run Visual
Programs...' it always pops up a message saying unable to connect to
dxexec. When I check the message window the dxexec does actually start:
Starting DX executive
Memory cache will use 2046 MB (126 for small iterms, 1920 for large)
port= 1900
I can e.g. do a 'telnet <machine> 1900' and connect to the dxexec but dx
can't seem to and after a while the message window displays the message
'connection timed out' (this message I assume comes from the dxexec)
Does anyone have experience with this?
