I'm not sure I quite understand what you mean by the volume renderer. In the past, I was able to just send 3D data through Autocolor and image and get an image that I could pivot and look at from various angles. I'm pretty sure this was with perspective viewing, because with orthographic viewing, pivoting the image makes it very distorted and pretty much impossible to understand. Are we talking about the same thing?
