The py2dx package enables a Python program's use of most routines in the
DXLink library. With it, a Python program can start DX; load or define
networks; change parameters; and control the execution of DX.
This is an updated version of the Py-OpenDX package by Randy Hopper and
retains his excellent system for DX callbacks. It has been used with DX
4.3.3 on Intel systems under Redhat Linux 9 and on our terascale system
under Tru64 Unix.
