Use Rubbersheet. If you open the Connect sample net and add Rubbersheet
after the Connect module (set scale to .5). Is that what you had in mind?

instances of the solution from separate files on the same mesh.
Is there any .net or a .script file for that thing?
Assuming your data files are sequentially numbered, you can use the
Sequencer and Format. Chris covered this in the archives. See:
