Jay,
If you want show your units on screen you can use the annotation modules,
Caption or text, or even ColorBar.
In ColorBar you can set the label to show your units, like "flowrate (m³/s)".

hi people,
i have run a simulation inwhich the conectration of gas is depicted. the
colormap shows the distribution but i would like to know in what units
are these values.
