Greetings,
I've used (and installed) dx on SGI over the years and thought I'd try a
Windows version, or CygWIN to be more accurate but have come upon a
problem that I'm not sure how to solve. I've re-installed a few times
but still get the same errors. Here's the error message when attempting
to start dx:
startupui.exe - Unable to locate component
This application has failed to start because libICE.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
The operating system is Windows XP.
