Hello to you all, in our very small (tennis & chocolate) country, a Governmental commision has been established: Medical Telematics & Informatics. As the majority of you might know, the European GEHR project originated here, and we are building new fundaments of a nation-wide EMR. Meanwhile, a "standard" - XML based - message frame to exchange messages between healthcare institutions, (and also HL-7 compliant) has been introduced. This initiative is (financially) supported by the Belgian government.
