I was a little incautious when I uploaded this code to the
knowledge_tools_java repository. In discussions with A-code, we have
agreed that it would be more sensible in the ref_kernel_java repository.
This latter repository actually should be renamed to 'ref_impl_java',
but I am not sure of how serious the knock-on effects of such a rename
would be. In any case, logically, the 'ref_kernel_java' repository
should be thought of as being the main reference implementation of
openEHR.in java.

Sometime today, I will make the move of the ADL parser. Anyone using
this code, please do a Subversion 'update' on your copy of
knowledge_tools_java, and also on 'ref_kernel_java'. Then start working
with the code in the latter repository.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
