Yes, I say this transformation is possible. 
Why interesting? We face multiple approaches and since sorting out the 
clinical stuf is more costly than transformations, we face a large reuse of 
models 
and reduction of overall development costs.

I agree that both implementations are still in infancy, but there is no way 
you can substantiate this.
