I think the health-ICT should focus on interoperability on base of independent systems. Thus, one or some system-independent message-formats. System developers should write routines to import/export them. And besides that, health-ICT should make fabulous platforms, which serve their customers and their needs. I think, archetypes, two level modeling are a great tools from this perspective. So the world should be grateful for the work of the OpenEHR community, and that is my honest opinion.
