If I generate a validation software that includes validation rules from the archetype constraints, that is arguably an adaptation, not just a use. And it is also important to note that if you sell a software you are also publicly sharing it. Publicly share does not imply for free, but outside of a personal use. I fully support the comments of Grahame.
