I found it, this message should have been printed to the screen, but it
looks like that was going to the log file instead:

C:\dev\OpenEJB\openejb\apps\myejbs.jar to C:\dev\OpenEJB\openejb\beans.
Jar already exists.  Use -f option to force an overwrite.
</msg>

I updated the code so the messages should reach the screen.
