Thanks for the report. Root cause:  GLIBC_64BIT_TIME_FLAGS:pn-glibc = "" only 
excludes
the target glibc recipe, not the class-extended nativesdk-glibc , so 
nativesdk-glibc still got built
with the new time64 flags, causing that symbol collision. This only affects 
glibc < 2.40, which is
why scarthgap hits it but master/wrynose don't.

I've sent a v2 adding GLIBC_64BIT_TIME_FLAGS:pn-nativesdk-glibc = "" to fix it:
