Thanks for the report. The failure was caused by the same flags being applied to nativesdk-mingw-w64-runtime. The MinGW runtime provides the Windows CRT rather than glibc, and _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 changes its stat declarations, which caused the conflicting wstat types in the build. I reproduced the issue locally with v2 using SDKMACHINE="i686-mingw32" and confirmed that excluding nativesdk-mingw-w64-runtime fixes it.
