I'm not sure its working. For example:

https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2019-1543

which says it applies to:

1.1.0 to 1.1.0j
and
1.1.1 to 1.1.1b

Master has 1.1.1i which is greater than 1.1.1b so we shouldn't be shown
as at risk yet the CVE is listed.
