Removes the /var/cache/ldconfig auxiliary cache directory from the rootfs when: - read-only-rootfs is in DISTRO_FEATURES, - ldconfig is not in DISTRO_FEATURES.
In both cases the /var/cache/ldconfig/aux-cache is useless.
