I dont know iproute2 in dept, Ive tried to install it. At any rate, couple of scripts (ifcfg ad rtpr) seems to be used on target (ifcfg similarly to ifconfig and rtpr is used to convert the output back into readable form). The dependency comes from the ip subdirs, where there are three bash scripts. Also there are few scripts as examples. Khem, do you think it is however the case to split the package creating the ip one? This problem appeared when I tried to install iproute2, previously packaged as rpm.
