Yes once we create Salary rules with inputs, we dont need to put amount
on the inputs but we just need to write python code using code of the
inputs on the salary rule so when we compute the payslips we need to
enter that amount for inputs code manually on payslips. And then base on
the python code you have written on salary rule using code of inputs it
will calculate the amount dynamically.
for e.g: Sales Commission, Arrears, etc ..
