Yesterday when I searched, Launchpad was down (hey it's written in Python after all, nah..), this is the reason why I may have missed some modules. We will try to base our zip management upon it. As for the zip management itself, I think we will be able to extend CampToCamp better_zip module to add the city dependency and do the things we want. That's cool to see community at work. Regards.
