Compared to other typical applications the toolbar buttons in the GTK
client appear too large (imho). Firefox, OpenOffice and other gtk
applications use smaller icons by default. I realize TOOLBAR_TEXT and
TOOLBAR_ICONS styles are possible via config options but I propose that
TOOLBAR_BOTH_HORIZ is a better default. My proposed changes can be
found in lp:~stan/+junk/openobject-client_toolbar_both_horiz.
