This depends on the version of the python packages you have, and turning
these deprecation warnings off is not something that can be done with a
"try" block, it's about what methods are called directly or indirectly.
You can safely ignore these warnings, they will go away later... keeping as
wishlist for after v6.0.

I do not have the impression that something is not working, but these messages
shouldn't be there
