IMHO, I think this is not a duplication of #674079 as my screenshot
showing that on the same UI, some text are formatted correctly and some
are not while the other bug is to deal with format when switching
between locales

Bug description:
There are inconsistency in number formatting for invoices: the invoice line
is formatted correctly according to the locale, but the "Untaxes", "Taxes",
"Total", "Residual" are not formatted.
