Hi Phong,
This is marked as duplicated because it's an issue of spinbutton on client
which currently does not support text. now when we try to format a value like
99.999,00 will lead to exception and will not set according to the locale. The
bug # 674079 is having the same problem and as I have replied in my comment #
6. we will plan this for future version( v 6.1) because this needs to change
completely the spinbutton widget and use some other widget or something. but
that's for sure that the improvement will cover both the bugs.

Bug description:
There are inconsistency in number formatting for invoices: the invoice line
is formatted correctly according to the locale, but the "Untaxes", "Taxes",
"Total", "Residual" are not formatted.
