Hello Sylvain Calador, I found a case after applying your patch What if a user enters some value in an editable O2M list then he clicks the edit button(folder Icon) and finally he clicks cancel. so he will lost the changes he made before the pressing edit button. he needs to re enter the values.
eg: project task ---> enter a task work line --> save it --> change the time spent value ----> press edit button of O2M(folder icon)--> click cancel. The expected behavior is not to ask when the record is not modified. Find a patch attached, which works for me, but need review.
