Hello Sylvain, Thanks for the quick reply ! unfortunately the second patch want work too. say for eg: I edit a record modify some value and click cancel the changes are still there but it should revert the changes. So the second patch doesnt seems to fit the requirement. It fixes one issue and raises another one

The expected behavior is not to ask when the record is not modified. Find a patch attached, which works for me, but need review.
