Hello,
I have made this changes.
1)Moved the tax_generate function to account.tax.template,
2)Improved label in the wizard, and docstring in the function,
3)Added company_id as argument in tax_generate function,
4)Removed values given by context,
5)moved ir.values updation to execute function,
5)removed unnecessary arguments from generate_tax function
