I am agree with all points you mentioned above. And updating it as per your suggestion. But as per my suggestion(and as suggested by fp during india trip) we should Open the composition Wizard as the user may need to change some information while sending the mail e.g: email id, Subject or may be the text body!!! What you suggest!!!
