After clicking "Import" at step 3, the web client should close the popup and reload the parent window. At step 3, we get an "jQuery is not defined" error when the new window content returned by the XHR request replace existing one. Based on your comment I force adding required JS files - so that the popup window is closed and parent action reloaded.
