Review: Disapprove This is not an error, but a design decision. Please do not accept such "wishlist" requests in the contact of maintenance tickets. The Projects menu is scarcely needed for normal Project members, so it was decided to move it to the configuration section, where Project Managers can access it when a change is needed or when a new project needs to be created. Normal project users should not need to access it on a daily basis, they should be working with tasks or issues directly. And if they still need to access the project form, it's one click away: open the project form via the "Project" field of any task/issue.
