Thank you, I merging it with just a small modification: the lines are the same
except for ``addClass`` and ``removeClass``, and those directly depend on
``readonly`` (``readonly`` => ``addClass``; ``!readonly`` => ``removeClass``)
so I removed the external ``if (readonly)`` to get only one line and used
``toggleClass('readonlyfield', readonly)``.
