Hello, This Issue of default environment as 'development' has been fixed in lp :~openerp-dev/openobject-client-web/trunk-bug-739365-jra with revision 4639.

To reflect the changes, we need to restart web-client each time, which is annoying for development-phase. It is due to config-option `environment` changes, that environment does not work properly for @cache.
