I think that to get pxa-camera builtin we need all v4l builtin, is that
what we want?

Btw, for development I found very handy to have mt9m111 built as a
module, a round of rmmod/insmod is way faster than a kernel reload. The
day we'll consider openezx stable we could get again on this topic and
take a decision, for now I like a little bit of looseness :)
