cat /etc/initiators.allow
cat /etc/initiators.deny
Also:
1) Did you configure CHAP/auth?
2) Have you updated to latest openfiler (conary updateall) and rebooted?

I did try debug option and that returns the similar
messages as following with other messgaes:
can not stat openfiler1_priv, 3260
can not open openfiler1_priv, 3260
Any ideas/pointers, please let me know. I appreciate

server side?
