Thanks for your fast response. I've tried this right now, but, I got the
same behavior, no meter there and no changes on log:
admin@PicOS-OVS$ovs-ofctl dump-meters br1
OFPST_METER_CONFIG reply (OF1.4) (xid=0x2):

I have to configure anything else? Any xml file?
