Sunil,

 I assume this is different than the reconciliation orchestration
framework(around PTC) that you guys are contributing, am I correct? If so
request you to please put up a wiki/doc/ppt of the high-level design
details before pushing in any code.

In case you have already put one up, please point me to that.
