Hello Moshe, Per discussion on release sync call today, we're not currently planning on blocking Oxygen SR1 for this. There isn't a blocker Jira issue raised for it. We would need one, it would need to show a major breakage without a reasonable mitigation and then we would need a TSC vote. If you think it should be a blocker, please raise a blocking issue ASAP.
