Hi Luis,
We are seeing lot of EntityOwnershipChange errors upon receiving ownership
change notification at the time of csit test case failures.
The notification received is not in proper state.

Are there any issues with the csit test setup or it could be due to neon
odlparent version bumps as Faseela suggested.

I think the neon odlparent version bumps are not yet complete, was seeing
issues with genius CSIT in master as well.
