Hi Robin

I agree with most of what you said, except the above. Having elections every 6 
months means disruption. I think we need at minimum 1 year, maybe 2. Of 
course, at any time a member of the TSC can step down.

I was thinking of a 2-year-term on a half-cycle renovation -- that is, 
elections every year for half of the people.
