Pushed I resolved the limit of words by lifting it totally (can result in out of memory errors, when one has huge files, alas I tested with file which has 1 100 000 words and it worked with standard conf from OpenGrok script) ( http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=11886 )
