No idea as the logs show it pulling and updating everything, and only complaining about the symlinks in the macos area of inputmethod. There's precious little in the way of documentation for opengrok, so...I can try removing the local copy of the repo in addition to all the indices on both and see if it finally rebuilds the indices right. If that doesn't work, I'm likely out of ideas. e.
