Elaine, can you file a bug against opengrok for above please?

Indexer should definitely complain about broken indexes if it's not 
(most probably it's just that src.opensolaris.org is on 0.7 ... we will 
release new new opengrok in march, which you can hopefully switch to 
(0.8.1 is current, but I guess you can wait for new one since we hope to 
release in march) ... and I think for 0.7 we missed logging properties 
which hide some messages by default)
