I verified each of these was fixed in the current version
(88d25dfde463). There is one minor issue with missing scrollbar (being
fixed by Lubos as I write this), otherwise from our (end user) point of
view the release is ready to go.
There is actuall one major issue which surfaced with this release - when
following URL anchors in single file (say clicking on function which is
defined in the same file) and going back will not refresh the source
code view and is stuck. This is pretty annoying when using OpenGrok for
code browsing but is actually a bug in Firefox; Lubos knows the bug ID,
I believe.
