Uh oh ... I never tested my GUI changes with IE 7.0 so I don't know if
the new fixed header works there ... :( (but I tested IE8 ;) )
I just tested with IE8, and it seems the diff view doesn't work there
either. I see the header, but the body is empty. Filed this bug:
