This seems to be more of a generic question - how to embed OpenGrok
search fields in a web page.
I guess the form can be ripped out from the top level OpenGrok page
quite easily, e.g. to have just the Fulltext search field with a Search
button and place this to the header of each page (served by the wiki in
this case).
Is this something you're looking for ?
