Also, just realized the following:
If I enable faststart on the external endpoints, the problem is corrected.
But the problem is that I cannot do that, because then the external
endpoints cannot communicate between them (this is a Cisco issue on the
ciscos of the endpoints).
So, to summarize: GnuGK does not work in proxy mode for incoming calls that
don't have fast start enabled! (the rtp stream starts getting transmitted
for a few ms and then stops, error messages posted above)
