I must add to this that, in the words of Stephen Jay Gould, those who
invoke Darwin must study evolution. The idea of an Open Source hosting
environment in Australia that is essentially free of charge does not go
against any concepts in evolution that I am aware of. Those who evolve
would like to believe that evolution is survival of the fittest rather
than survival of the lucky, but I fear that "accidents of birth" play an
enormous role.
