At this point, GCPR is comprised of:
- VA
- US Department of Defense (Health Affairs)
- Indian Health Service
The short-term goal is to provide for EMR interoperability within and across agency
lines. Longer term, this will provide for a means to allow for interoperability across
these organizations as well as those business partners providing care to the shared
beneficiary population (e.g., contracted care, state health care organizations, etc.)
